Packline is one of the world's best-known manufacturers of roof boxes. For more than 40 years, we have developed the safest and most innovative roof boxes on the market. Our focus on aerodynamics and design ensures that our roof boxes fit perfectly on today's new cars. The roof boxes are quiet and have little effect on the car's consumption of fuel or electricity.
Traveling on adventures often leads to a need to transport sports equipment. We have never been more fond of nature, whether it is climbing a mountain peak with cross-country skis, finding new secret fishing lakes, or cycling into the high mountains. We have created products that give you peace of mind on this journey, and space for what you want to take with you on your trip.
Roof boxes since the 70s
Packline's adventure began in Sweden in the 70s, and in 1982 the world's first fiberglass roof box was launched – Packline Original. At the same time, roof boxes were developed in HTS, and the first roof box was launched in Norway in 1989. Since 1995, Packline has been a brand owned and developed by HTS, and over time Packline has become a leading supplier of car roof boxes.
Today's HTS Packline is characterized by a focus on Scandinavian design and the highest level of safety. Packline has won both design awards and independent crash tests of our products. We have also developed our own Packline Extreme Crash Test which exceeds the requirements of the City Crash test, with stresses of more than 15G.
Packline is part of the company HTS Hans Torgersen og son AS.
From 2019, HTS Packline has also been a distributor in the Nordics for the car equipment brand Yakima. This ensures that we can offer the market's best products for the transport of all types of leisure equipment.
